Jo
Ann says that being a top real estate professional
presents a challenge.
“I believe that if you are going to be
successful, you must commit to providing a high standard
of professional service.”
Throughout
her 30-year career, winning awards has never been her
motivation. Instead,
it’s the art of the deal and the satisfaction of a job
well done.
“Real
estate is a service business, and if you aren’t
committed to being there for your client, it will be
difficult to succeed.
I have always tried to keep a healthy balance with
my personal life and to enjoy the people that I meet.
That has helped to give me the strength I needed to
put in the extra effort”, she explained.
Jo
Ann says that the real estate business can be difficult
because it is always changing and there is so much to
learn.
“From the very beginning, I treated my career in
real estate like a full time job.
There are so many people in this profession who
don’t.”
Over her 30-year
career, she has seen many incredible changes, especially
with technology. But
she says no matter what the trends are, she will continue
to do what she does best – interfacing with buyers and
sellers everyday and negotiating the contract.
“I
differ from much of my competition because I’m here for
my clients all the time!!!
